In the main event, Shingo Takagi fought Kazuchika Okada for the vacant IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. In other prominent matches, Jeff Cobb battled Kota Ibushi, and Yoh challenged El Desperado for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.
