K.D.Pathak's childhood friend Neeraj Marwa reveals K.D.Pathak that her wife Renuka who is a surgeon is arrested for killing a patient and is charged with medical negligence later, Neeraj reveals K.D. that a builder is trying to take his revenge with the patient. K.D gets angry on Neeraj as he comes to know that the case is a false case and Renuka does not exist. Neeraj gets killed and Delhi police arrests K.D.Pathak.
