Evangeline warns Todd he'll be crushed if he takes on her client. Troy hurries Victor to the OR to be prepped for the implantation of an artificial heart. Facing ejection from college for his failing grades, Al waits impatiently for Rex's dealer friend to arrive. Natalie realizes the veneer of Carlotta's ""graciousness"" is already wearing thin. Joey accuses Brad of exploiting an underage girl, then threatens to have him arrested if he bothers Flash again. Later, Flash snaps at Joey when he pries for information about her past.
